SHIPPING & ORDERS
All orders within Australia come with free shipping.
International Standard: $25.00. Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We use Australia Post to send our goods to you and although this offers an Express delivery method, it can sometimes be delayed due to matters out of our control.
For people ordering in Metropolitan areas, please allow 2-3 working days for Standard Shipping
For people ordering in Rural areas, please allow 3-5 working days for Standard Shipping.
All orders are sent with a registered tracking number that can be tracked online at Australia Post. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery – if you are not there to give a signature, Australia Post will issue a collection slip in the mail box for you to locate your closest delivery centre for collection. Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be supplied.
INTERNATIONAL We ship to New Zealand, USA, UK, Asia and European Countries using Australia Post Pack & Track International. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel. A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
EXPRESS Express post is available, please email us at email@example.com to arrange Express Postage for your item. An invoice will be sent via Paypal for the extra charge. Express Postage is available for International items. Please email us for a quote before purchasing your item.

If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Brahminy Exchange do not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. For Australian returns, all exchange garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Allow another 7 days for the exchange to be processed. so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
