Please contact us if you would like to make an exchange prior to shipping so we can place your desired item on hold for you. 


1. Item must be mailed back within 7 business days of receiving your order. 
2. Item must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories attached. 
3. The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special offer.

An email MUST be sent to info@brahminyexchange.com within 7 business days of receiving your order with a reason for the return, your order number, full name, email and date received. If this information is missing we may not be able to process your return for store credit. You MUST receive a RETURN & EXCHANGE number to write on the outside of the box or your return WILL NOT BE processed. Once you have been issued an RETURN & EXCHANGE number, the item must be returned to us within 14 business days. You will recieve a code for store credit via email within 5 business days of returned item, minus original shipping charges. Brahminy Exchange is NOT responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a returned or exchanged item. Please insure your package & keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. Brahminy Exchange is NOT responsible for any lost packages that we do not ship out ourselves.
